Physical Properties:

Health Hazards:

· Extinguish fire using large quantities of water, foam, or dry chemical. Avoid direct water jet on material to prevent splashing.
· Decomposes violently in fire or upon heating, releasing highly toxic chlorine (Cl₂) and oxygen (O₂) (supports combustion), potentially causing an explosion.
· Firefighters must wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear.
