Product Usage
Polymerization Initiator: Serves as a free-radical initiator in emulsion and solution polymerization of monomers like acrylates, vinyl acetate, and vinyl chloride.
Electronics Industry: Used as an etchant and cleaning agent for printed circuit boards (PCBs), for micro-etching copper to enhance adhesion.
Textile & Bleaching: Employed as an oxidizer in hair bleaches and colorants, and as a desizing and bleaching agent for textiles.
Chemical Synthesis: Used as an oxidizing agent in organic synthesis.
Environmental Remediation: Used for soil and groundwater remediation, oxidizing and degrading organic pollutants by generating sulfate radicals (SO₄•⁻).
