Safety Matters
Health Hazards:
· Strongly corrosive. Causes severe chemical burns to skin, eyes, and respiratory tract, resulting in intense pain, blistering, and tissue damage.
· Its vapor is highly irritating and corrosive to mucous membranes (especially eyes and respiratory tract), and can cause chemical pneumonitis and pulmonary edema.
· Inhalation of high vapor concentrations can be extremely hazardous.

· Wear an effective respirator for acid vapors depending on concentration.
