· Operators must receive specialized training.
· Must be handled in a fume hood or with adequate local exhaust ventilation. Strictly prevent vapor inhalation and contact.
· Imperative to wear eye protection or face shield against liquid splashes, acid-and-alkali-resistant gloves (e.g., butyl rubber), and acid-resistant clothing and apron.
· Wear an effective respirator for acid vapors depending on concentration.
